P90X fresh start!

Well, it is finally here. I have finally decided to dedicate myself to P90X again after 2 years. I have had a couple attempts at restarts in the past and it always seemed like life got in the way somehow. I have decided this time that there are no excuses. Life will not get in the way. I have been sitting around getting heavier and heavier. My health is not where it should be.

The silly thing about it is that I have been sitting around being lazy, eating unhealthy and way too much, and feeling like I need a hobby. The answer was RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! Why not just put myself back into P90X? That is exactly what I am going to do.

I am facing my 37th birthday in a couple of weeks, and I want to be back in shape. I have a wife and 2 awesome children that would love to have me healthier and not so tired all the time.

I am going to try to do a video update this evening if all goes well. After dinner I also plan on knocking out day 1 of P90x.
